We operate the website www.snackaroo.com.au and provide free vending machine installation, stocking and maintenance services to workplaces across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Ipswich.

Referral Program — third-party information: Our Referral Program allows individuals to submit contact details of workplaces (third parties) they wish to refer. By submitting a referral, you confirm that the contact you are providing has consented to being contacted by Snackaroo Vend regarding our services. We use referred contact information solely to assess the referred workplace's interest in our services and arrange a site visit. Referred parties may contact us at any time to request deletion of their information.

4.Who We Share Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with the following trusted third-party service providers, strictly to operate our website and deliver our services:

• Squarespace, Inc. — our website hosting provider. Squarespace hosts the website you are using now and operates its own performance and visitor analytics, processing technical data (such as page visits, browser type, device type, IP address, and performance metrics) directly on its platform. • Formspree, Inc. — our form submission processor. When you submit any form on our website, your information is transmitted to Formspree, which forwards it to our team by email. Refer to Formspree's Privacy Policy.
