Once the machine is approved and installed, $300 AUD cash is paid directly to you. Payment is made upon confirmed installation only.

1. Eligibility & Payment Conditions
The $300 AUD cash reward is payable only upon confirmed installation of a Snackaroo vending machine at the referred workplace. Submission of a referral does not, in any way, guarantee or entitle the referrer to any payment.
Payment will only be made upon satisfaction of all three of the following conditions: (a) a site visit has been completed by Snackaroo Vend; (b) Snackaroo Vend has approved the installation in writing; and (c) the vending machine has been fully installed and is operational at the referred site. No payment is made if any one of these conditions is not met.
Payment will be made within fourteen (14) days of confirmed installation. Payment may be made by cash or bank transfer, at the discretion of Snackaroo Vend. Snackaroo Vend will contact the referrer to arrange payment once installation is confirmed.
The referrer must be clearly identified at the time of initial submission, providing their full name, phone number, and email address. Referrals submitted without complete referrer contact details, or where referrer details are added or amended after submission, are not eligible.
One (1) reward is payable per unique workplace referral. Where multiple referrals of the same workplace are received, only the first verified submission is eligible. No reward is payable for subsequent referrals of the same business, regardless of the source.
Referrals remain valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of submission. If installation has not been confirmed within this period, the referral will expire and no payment will be due. A new referral for the same workplace may be submitted after expiry.
2. Exclusions — No Reward Will Be Paid Where:
The referred workplace has contacted Snackaroo Vend directly, submitted an enquiry through any channel, or has been visited by a Snackaroo Vend representative within the twelve (12) months prior to the referral submission date.
The referred workplace is an existing Snackaroo Vend client or currently has a Snackaroo Vend machine installed on site.
The referrer is a current or former Snackaroo Vend employee, contractor, agent, director, or an immediate family member of any such person.
The referred business is located outside Snackaroo Vend's current service area (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich and surrounding areas, Queensland, Australia) at the time of referral.
A site visit occurs but Snackaroo Vend determines, in its sole discretion, that the location is not suitable for machine placement for any reason.
The referred workplace declines the installation or withdraws from the process at any stage prior to confirmed installation.
The referred workplace terminates its agreement with Snackaroo Vend, or requests removal of the machine, within thirty (30) days of installation. In such cases, any reward already paid must be refunded to Snackaroo Vend within fourteen (14) days of the machine's removal.
3. Snackaroo Vend's Rights
Snackaroo Vend reserves the right to accept or decline any referral at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons to the referrer or any other party.
Snackaroo Vend reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral Reward Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
Snackaroo Vend reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any reward payment where it is determined that a referral was submitted in bad faith, contains fraudulent or misleading information, or where the referrer has sought to circumvent these terms.
The referrer is not an agent, representative, or employee of Snackaroo Vend and must not represent themselves as such. Snackaroo Vend is not bound by any statement, promise, or representation made by the referrer to the referred workplace or any third party.
4. General
By submitting a referral, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
The referrer is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the referral reward payment. Snackaroo Vend recommends the referrer seek independent advice regarding the tax treatment of any payment received under this program.
Ticking the agreement checkbox and clicking "Confirm & Submit" constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
